Summer Solutions Therapy Workshops
Handwriting Refresher Workshop
This semi-
private Summer Therapy workshop is based
on the Handwriting Without Tears curriculum,
which provides children with fun, full- body
strengthening, and sensory-rich input to
prepare the body for handwriting. This
workshop is a great opportunity to keep
handwriting skills fresh throughout the
summer. 4 children maximum.

Social Skills Workshop
This workshop is
designed to encourage the formation of social
skills through games, sensory motor activities,
and teamwork tasks. Our therapist will focus
on peer interaction, sensory motor skills,
communication, and self-regulation. The goal
is to foster an environment, which maximizes
independence and self-esteem, while
focusing on the child as a whole. 4 children
maximum.

Pediatric Coordination Workshop
This
workshop is designed to encourage the
formation of gross motor coordination through
large muscles by strengthening legs, trunk,
and arms.
This is achieved by incorporating games,
obstacle courses, sensory motor activities,
and more. 4 children maximum.

Get Ready for Kindergarten
This
semi-private summer therapy workshop is a
fun and exciting way for your child to get a
jump start on early reading and listening skills
before heading back to school. The focus will
be on kindergarten readiness skills in early
literacy, including phonemic and phonological
awareness skills. The fun, themed based
lessons will also target vocabulary, basic
concepts, and comprehension skills. 4
children maximum.
